This online course aims at providing attendees with the mindset, the methodology and the tools to move a traditional IP department to an agile IP department.
Traditional IP department work requires a complex blend of tech, legal and business knowledge and skill. Still, other departments perceive their IP department often to be slow and reactive. In an agile world where R&D departments have accelerated their processes in order to faster meet
customer needs, IP departments need to follow suit.
This online course aims at providing attendees with agile methodology and agile tools to be used in a traditional IP department to take IP work to the next level. We will show you an example of a continuous improvement programme based on these methods and mindset. This training will be mostly conducted on Miro. Those attendees who are not yet familiar with the web whiteboard will have the opportunity to test the environment prior to the course.
