... I found the course particularly interesting as it goes beyond the normal patenting and prosecution mechanics. In my role as an in-house IP Counsel I am being asked to become more and more a business partner able to demonstrate value of IP to our business. This course has helped me to develop further in that direction.
Marcella Tabeling, Chief Intellectual Property Counsel
EMEA, Eaton (Switzerland)
I am not a patent attorney but...
...work as IP manager for 8 years (before I was heading a R&D centre). This course provides a great variety of very useful, practical presentations; each day has a different topic, altogether covering all aspects of IP management lifecycle. The course combines focused minilectures on theoretical foundations and handson exercises.
Dr Gisèle Baudin, Manager Intellectual Property
This course is very useful for...
...a person considering moving into an IP manager position! It is ideal to get a lot of knowledge, methods and other ready-for-use tools about IP management in a very condensed timing. It gives a good overview of what an IP manager does or should do; it will
definitely help me getting started in my new responsibility as IP manager! The interaction and the discussions with the other attendees have been extremely useful to get insights into other company practices around IP management.
