Ronak has more than 15 years of experience in patent law. She previously worked for many years as a patent attorney in a renowned European IP law fi rm. Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, she worked as a director corporate patents for a leading international semiconductor manufacturer where she managed portfolios for Sense & Control semiconductors and quantum technology in the automotive department. As a member of the Examination Board of German Patent Attorneys she is regularly entrusted with examining in the field of inventors remuneration and international patent law.

Looking back on more than 15 years of experience in patent law, Maria has a proven track record in patentability of disruptive technologies, such as IoT, big data, AI/ML, as well as business expertise that enables her to deliver value to clients by securing a strong business-focused patent portfolio. Maria is a European and German Patent Attorney and holds a PhD in Computer Science.
