He started working in private companies as an IT expert and lateron as an IT manager. In 1995 he changed his professional career and entered the consulting business. In 2002 he founded his own consulting firm focussing on IT performance measurement issues. In 2009 Martin Kuetz became a professor at the computer science department of the Anhalt University of Applied sciences in Koethen (Germany). Since then he teaches business information management, project management, IT Governance, IT Service Management, workflow management, economics and cost accounting for IT experts and other related topics for students of computer sciences and engineering sciences. He gives public seminars on IT performance management in Germany and Austria, just as lectures on E-Commerce at the Business School of Lomonosov University in Moscow. In his scientific work Martin Kuetz focusses on IT management and IT performance management issues. He is author of several books and articles of these topics.

The e-Learning programme ‘IT Performance Management’ comprises four didactic modules that include videos in which the expert Prof. Martin Kütz shares his expertise with you. You can also download and print the corresponding presentation documents. Each module ends with a test. Once you have completed the modules and passed all the tests, you will be awarded a certificate, which you can print out directly. The e-Learning programme should be completed within three months.
