Case 1: Filing an application using ePCT
  • General, fees due on filing
  • Where and how to file
  • Applicant and inventor details, and declarations
  • Using the results of earlier searches
  • International Bureau and EPO as receiving Office
  • Who can act as a PCT agent and represent the applicant
  • When to file, claiming one or more priorities, requesting from DAS
  • Description, claim, drawing, abstract and formal requirements
  • Completing the request in ePCT

Procedure in case of deposited biological material and sequence listings
